Ingredients for 3 people
- 3 slices of chopped bacon
- 6 chopped dried figs
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/3 cup grated blue cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
Implementation
- In a bowl, pour the dried figs together with 1 cup of hot water and 2 tablespoons of honey, stir and let the figs soak in hot water for 1 hour until soft.
- Then drain and cut into small pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. In a large bowl, mix the chopped bacon, dried, honey, rosemary and blue cheese.
- Spread the sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut the sheet into 3 wide strips. Cut each strip into four squares to make 12 in total.
- Then grease a muffin tin with melted butter and put it in a mold of 1 square puff pastry sheet.
- Continue with the rest and fill the puff pastry with 1 or 1 tablespoon of the filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish if you want with a little rosemary.
