  • 6 chopped dried figs
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/3 cup grated blue cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

  6. Continue with the rest and fill the puff pastry with 1 or 1 tablespoon of the filling.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish if you want with a little rosemary.
