Carrot chips

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 large peeled carrots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Place the carrot strips in a medium bowl, add the oil, salt and pepper and mix by hand. Put the strips in 2 oil seals.
  3. Bake until the edges of the chips begin to brown, about 6 to 8 minutes at most.
  4. When cooked, leave them to cool for 3 minutes and serve with mayonnaise, dill and lemon.
