Ingredients for 2 people

  • half a pack of pasta of your choice
  • butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped olives
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic melted
  • 1/4 cup tea vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 chopped hot pepper
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Implementation

  1. Boil the spaghetti for about 8 minutes, strain it and mix it with butter. Cut and clean the mushrooms into slices. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
  2. Add the garlic and hot pepper. Stir for 1-2 minutes and quench with wine and vinegar.
  3. Then add the oregano, salt and pepper, tomatoes and olives to the sauce. Stir and remove the pan from the heat. Serve the sauce on the pasta.
  4. If you want you can put the sauce in a glass jar, add olive oil and, once it cools, close the jar with its lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least a day.
