Ingredients for 2 people
- half a pack of pasta of your choice
- butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped olives
- 2-3 cloves of garlic melted
- 1/4 cup tea vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 chopped hot pepper
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Implementation
- Boil the spaghetti for about 8 minutes, strain it and mix it with butter. Cut and clean the mushrooms into slices. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
- Add the garlic and hot pepper. Stir for 1-2 minutes and quench with wine and vinegar.
- Then add the oregano, salt and pepper, tomatoes and olives to the sauce. Stir and remove the pan from the heat. Serve the sauce on the pasta.
- If you want you can put the sauce in a glass jar, add olive oil and, once it cools, close the jar with its lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least a day.
