George had no idea what to do with the kitten, and the vet advised him to upload his photo to a Facebook city group. Sure, that's how he could find the original owners, and while that was something George wanted, someone else in his house would not want to lose his new friend.
Throughout the process, Crosby had a great time with the little cat, and while George knew his dog was very friendly, his devotion to the little kitten had taken him by surprise.

The vet also said that if no one showed up, the kitten would have to be taken to a shelter, as George had no plans to have a cat nor was he ready to care for it, but seeing the bond between Crosby and the cat changed. opinion.
George said, "The vet told me that if I took her to the shelter, she would definitely be euthanized because there were already over 300 kittens in the town shelter that needed homes."
