Neighborhood makes early Christmas for a child dying of cancer

Over the summer, Brody Allen's parents learned that their 2-year-old son was suffering from a rare form of brain cancer, which means he was two months old.

The child went to the doctor in May because he was dizzy and they were initially told that he probably had an ear infection. But when they went to a Cincinnati hospital for further tests, he was diagnosed with four brain tumors.

"It is extremely rare and does not respond well to treatment," said his sister, while his 45-year-old father told him that "there was a very aggressive tumor in his brain from birth and we had no idea" he added. beginning with him, is part of who he is ".

The hospital, which covered Brody's treatment costs that are not covered by his insurance, made him the most powerful treatment available, but without the desired results.

One of its tumors grew about 30% and grew a fifth.

There were no other options for his family other than trying to make him happy. The Christmas decorations started in September at Allen's house, but they soon realized they needed more and so they set up a Facebook page asking for the help of their neighbors .
