A 26-year-old woman was arrested by the Police for a case of illegal sale of nitrous oxide, ie laughing gas.
According to the Police, around two o'clock in the morning, members of the Force located a 26-year-old resident of Larnaca on a street in Ayia Napa, illegally selling laughing gas.
Following an investigation, the 26-year-old was found in possession of a metal bottle, 52 unused ampoules, 50 empty balloons and the amount of 261 euros.
The 26-year-old was taken to a police station, where she was charged in writing and released to be summoned before a court at a later stage.
The Agia Napa Police Station is investigating the case.
