A case of negligent and reckless acts is being investigated by the Police against a 37-year-old and a 35-year-old, who were found at dawn today, in the province of Famagusta, outside two different premises, illegally selling nitrous oxide - a gas of laughter.
In their possession, a total of two bottles, 71 unused ampoules, 42 empty balloons and the amount of € 58 were found and confiscated.
The two persons were taken to the Ayia Napa Police Station, where they were charged in writing and released to be summoned to court.
The Ayia Napa Police Station continues the examinations.
