New arrest in Ayia Napa for selling laughter gas

A property owner was arrested by the Police on Saturday night in Ayia Napa for a case of illegal sale of laughter gas.

According to the Police, members of the Famagusta OPE, after an inspection they carried out last night at an establishment in Ayia Napa, located the owner of the establishment, selling nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

A search of the premises turned up 66 unused ampoules, 11 used ones, 12 balloons and a small amount of money.

The owner of the premises was arrested and taken to the Police Station.

The Agia Napa Police Station continues the examinations.
