The renowned Greek songwriter Dimitris Bassis will be on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Ayia Napa for a one and only concert in the Central Square of the Municipality.
The great artist will be accompanied by an 8-member ensemble of renowned Cypriot musicians, with whom he will present in the first part well-known favorite songs such as "Vradyazeia", "Yisto", "Panta gelastoi", "Roza", "Hamopoulia", "Pisthyri Kardias" which The unique artists Stelios Kazantzidis, Dimitris Mitropanos and Dimitris Bassis himself performed as the artist of the third generation of great Greek performers.
The concert will end with a small tribute to the great composer Mikis Theodorakis on the occasion of the one year anniversary of his death. It is noted that the sections will be "prefaced" by the young Cypriot singer Lefteris Pitsillidis, while the director and curator of the program is Admitos Pitsillidis.
On the occasion of the concert, the Mayor of Ayia Napa Mr. Christos Zannetou stated that the Municipality in the context of its Summer Events decided to organize quality and large-scale events that will aim not only to satisfy the taste of foreign visitors but also visitors.
