The 59th annual memorial service of the hero teacher of the national liberation struggle of EOKA 1955-'59, Foti Pitta, was held on Sunday morning.
The memorial service was held at the Church of the Archangel Michael in Frenaros, headed by Archimandrite Ieronymos Pyliotis.
Memorials were delivered by the Minister of Education Costas Kadis and the President of POED Filios Fylaktou.
