Glowing skin is a sign of great health and youth, and it is easier to achieve than you think. All you have to do is adopt a balanced diet consisting of healthy meals and snacks and cut down on junk food. If you consume the right types of protein, carbohydrates and fats, as well as fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water, you will notice a great improvement in the appearance of your face and skin.

It is important not to overexpose yourself to the sun and sleep well, but a healthy diet is the most important factor in achieving beautiful, glowing and healthy skin.

Foods
Your body needs protein, as the main building blocks of the body, they regenerate cells, protect them from the damage caused by free radicals, enhance collagen production, thus making the skin more elastic. Healthy protein-rich food choices include turkey, chicken breast (skinless), egg whites, seafood and low-fat dairy products. If you are a vegetarian, you need to plan your diet very carefully. Try to include in your daily meals: legumes, seeds, cheese, whole grains, nuts, milk and soy beans, as they are all high in protein.

Do not cut fat completely - the antioxidants in monounsaturated fatty acids are vital for the regeneration of skin cells. Almonds, olive oil, avocados and rapeseed oil are considered good sources of monounsaturated fatty acids.

Also foods rich in polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, such as tuna, walnuts, salmon, soy products and flaxseeds help improve the overall appearance of the skin.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Choose whole grains, brown rice and pasta over white bread, rice and pasta as they lack the nutrients your skin needs.

Type
Provide your body with many vitamins. Vitamins A and B, found in milk, yogurt and fatty fish, are vital to gaining and maintaining glowing skin. Vitamin C in citrus fruits, berries, broccoli and cabbage provides your body with collagen, which heals the skin and keeps it firm, radiant and healthy.

Stay away from saturated fats, alcohol, white sugar, fatty red meats, fried foods, soda, chocolate, candies and caffeine, if you want beautiful, soft glowing skin, full of health!
