Pedestrian was swept away by two cars in Paralimni

A 34-year-old woman from Bulgaria was injured today while being dragged by two cars in Paralimni.

According to the Spokesperson of the Famagusta Police Department, Andrea Konstantinou, after his statements to SotiraNews, today at 6:00 in the morning, the 34-year-old from Bulgaria was walking on the Sotiras-Paralimni road towards Paralimni. 
At some point on the road and due to the low visibility due to lack of lighting at this time, and due to the dark color of her clothing, the pedestrian was swept away by a car. During her stay on the road after her injury and after a few seconds, she was dragged by a second vehicle that followed. 
The 34-year-old was taken to the General Hospital of Famagusta, where the doctors on duty found that she has fractures in various parts of her body, but her health condition is out of danger.
Police are investigating the causes of the accident.
