While thousands of fraudulent securities depositors are organizing to claim their money back, we watch with horror the stories of people who were deceived and the way they fell into the trap of turning their deposits into securities…

Or while the deception of thousands of depositors is admitted even by the bankers themselves,
While the entire Cypriot people have realized who exactly is responsible for the second biggest scandal after the stock market scandal, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic is whistling indifference.

According to the Constitution, the General Prosecutor's Office should move ex officio, conduct its own investigations and, if crimes arise, file charges against the guilty.

Misleading and deceiving depositors by fraudulent means, such as catching depositors without the knowledge of those who signed, is criminal and the guilty are convicted.

It is, therefore, the responsibility of the Attorney General's Office to protect these thousands of petty depositors, most of whom gathered for a lifetime so that they could live their afterlife and overnight see their toil and toil disappear.

The unforgivable oligarchy of the Attorney General causes us both concern and insecurity and that is what we are waiting for and expect to move immediately!
