Just hours before the laying of the foundation stone for the grandiose project of the Ayia Napa marina, employees of the company of the Egyptian big investor, were injured in a quarrel with security men in a club in Ayia Napa.
According to the Police, around 4 in the morning, it was reported to the Famagusta Police Department that at 30 in the morning, about XNUMX employees of the company that builds the Ayia Napa marina, went to an Ayia Napa club to have fun.
At some point, for an unknown reason that is being investigated by the Police, a quarrel broke out between the employees of the company and the security men of the club, resulting in about 10 people on both sides being injured.
The injured were taken to the General Hospital of Famagusta where the doctors on duty, after examining them, diagnosed that they had minor injuries and bruises and abrasions on various parts of their body. The injured were given First Aid and fired.
According to the Police, there were complaints both from the side of the spectators and from the side of the security men of the club.
Police investigations are in the early stages and testimonies are being received from those involved in the altercation.
