Both imposing and unusual in appearance - One of the most expensive yachts in the world, the "A" of the Russian Croissant Andrei Melnichenko, costing just over $ 300 million was seen last Tuesday sailing a short distance from Agia Thekla headed to Ayia Napa.

The yacht remained moored off Agia Thekla until today with many attendees admiring it for its excessive size.

The yacht

You climb a spiral staircase, with petite wavy details of silver leaves on the walls that surround it. This particular staircase has cost neither more nor less than $ 60,000 and leads you to a door that opens with your fingerprint. This gives you access to a 240 square meter suite, all white with bomb protection and 44 mm thick glass.

The king-size bed rests on a round pedestal which rotates at the touch of a silver button. There you notice a set of silver buttons that if you press them will move the bed itself in various places in order to be able to watch as you lie down the sunset or your favorite movie on a plasma-TV that almost flies on the ceiling.

And of course all this happens to you in a boat. But not just any boat. It is one of the most expensive boats ever built. Andrei Melnichenko's 394-foot boat with the minimalist name "A" has become the boat that most Russian oligarchs talk about and envy.

The wealthy tycoon put his hand deep in his pocket to acquire it, as he paid according to naval circles $ 300 million, ie close to 270 million euros!

The super yacht was designed by Philippe Starck and Martin Francis, while its construction began in 2004 and was completed in 2008 by Blohm + Voss in Kiel, Germany. It is 119 meters long and 19 meters wide. It travels at 22 nautical miles per hour (cruise speed), while its maximum speed reaches 26 nautical miles. The super yacht can accommodate 14 people and up to 42 crew members.

It has a helipad and seven suites with crystal bulletproof windows, one of which is 230 square meters and accommodates the owner! And since the reason for the owner, to point out that Andrey Melnichenko is one of the 10 richest Russians and one of the richest people on the planet with a fortune exceeding 8.000.000.000 dollars.

On October 24, it anchored in the port of Larnaca, while on October 13, this luxury boat was seen in Mykonos. Watch the relevant video:
