The President of the party, Stefanos Kasselakis, refers to the Ethics Committee of SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance the historical officials Dimitris Vitsa, Panos Skourletis and Nikos Fili for deletion.

In particular, in his post on Monday night and while he is in the USA, Mr. Kasselakis argued that with their attitude the specific executives "chose to put themselves outside the party".

Speaking of Koumoundourou officials who appear on the channels "opposing SYRIZA", and who, according to him, act as "internal party television sponsors of the Mitsotakis government", Mr. Kasselakis noted that "this practice is no longer tolerated ».

"For at least five years, specific SYRIZA officials have been appearing on the channels opposing SYRIZA. A few days ago I explicitly stated that this practice is no longer tolerated. The world is thirsty for us to highlight issues, to be in opposition. Me too, more than anyone," he said in his post.

"Mr. Vitsas, Skourletis, Filis who appeared in the last few days on television to oppose their own party, chose to put themselves outside SYRIZA-PS", he added.

"The internal party television sponsors of the Mitsotakis government contributed to denying us an electoral victory. Others say two. What is certain is that they will not deprive us of the next one. To those who trusted me, but also to those who trusted the process of electing a president from the grassroots: you are equal members with me and every other executive. A little more patience. Elitism is leaving and you will take the power into your own hands", concludes the post of the President of SYRIZA.

During his first reactions, Dimitris Vitsas noted, with his post: "Don't pay attention, it's not worth it. The left will continue with or without them." At the same time, in his placement at KONTRA he argued that he is putting himself at the service of the Left, while he assured that "if they call me to some body I will go".

For his part, Panos Skourletis, also speaking to KONTRA, argued that Mr. Kasselakis "makes fun of the party day by day", while underlining that "the procedures are provided for in the Statute".

"I imagine that this is a proposal to the Ethics Committee, which the President has the right to make. But, to tell the truth, watching today's reaction, as well as the positioning lately, I am sincerely sorry. I'm sorry, because this place is being discredited and I'm afraid that it is finally in danger of being discredited and ridiculed", he added.

"We will resist and claim this historic route", added Mr. Skourletis.
