Ten arrests of foreigners, including six men and four women, were made during the period from 18.10.2021 to 24.10.2021 at the State Airport of Heraklion "N. Kazantzakis ".
They were arrested during checks by police officers of the Heraklion Airport Police Department, when they presented forged travel documents of authorities of France, Germany, Belgium and Portugal in order to leave the country for France, Italy and Austria.
The forged documents were confiscated. The preliminary investigation is carried out by the Heraklion Airport Police Department.
