One of the 3 employees who were injured in ISAP ended up while work was being done on the lines.
Speaking to SKAI, STASY CEO Nikos Hairetas said that the accident occurred when a cleaning machine had a problem with its brakes, with the result that the employees lost control and abandoned it.
To stop the cleaning machine, electric railway workers put an electric wagon on the lines to cause a collision.
The accident took place in the early hours of Tuesday at the electric station in Agios Nikolaos and the services have been suspended at the spot.
