Relatives of a patient filed an incredible complaint, according to which the woman underwent serious surgery without general anesthesia at the General Hospital of Corfu.
According to the complaint, the incident occurred during spinal hernia surgery. The woman's sister, with a post on social networks, announced the fact and emphasizes that - as she was informed by the doctors - due to a machine malfunction, the general anesthesia was never administered but only the initial intoxication.
According to sources from the Corfu Hospital, the incident is confirmed, while the case is being examined by the Administration of the Corfu Hospital and further information is expected.
