Last Saturday, Konstantinos Argyros made a moving move during his concert, when he brought on stage a little girl suffering from spinal muscular atrophy.

The singer's collaborators had informed him early on that little Irini - Chrysovalantos from Hydraia Almopias was in the audience and he invited her to dedicate the "Brave Child" to her.

Maria Saki Dali, who is the mother of the 9-year-old, spoke on the show "Alpha Now" in Greece and mentioned her daughter's rare condition and the difficulties.

"Ours is a difficult case. He has spinal muscular atrophy type 1, the most difficult type with a life expectancy of two years. Fortunately, there is a worldwide treatment that is done intrathecally every four months in the operating room and this helps the little girl to live. That's how we got to where he is 9 years old" he said initially and then added:

"She sees and hears Konstantinos Argyros, and because we've had a hard time for a month and we wanted to give her some joy. We didn't know how this would all be done because our finances are also difficult. A friend of my husband's was found who called us and told us we were free to go. It was completely accidental, the man knew nothing. Her dad picked her up and they went on stage. The reactions were amazing."

Finally, the little girl's mother said that Irini-Chrysovalantos does not speak, except to her brother. So when they left the concert, he asked her if she wanted to go and she said no. "Did you want another hug from Konstantinos? and he answered me yes. Such was her joy. It was the best gift for her," said Maria Saki Dali.
