Babis Anagnostopoulos was unanimously found guilty, as at first instance, of the murder of Caroline Crouchs and the killing of the family dog. He was also convicted of perjury and perjury in which he made another defendant.
The defense asked for the recognition of the mitigating factor of prior legal life, the prosecutor asked for the rejection of the mitigating factor, referring to one of the most heinous crimes of the last decades. The court will shortly announce the sentence to the convicted 35-year-old.
