Overwhelmed, the father of a two and a half year old boy who found suffocating death trapped in a bed storage room, inside the family house in Ilion, describes how the untold tragedy took place. According to the description of Mr. Vassilis Exarchopoulos, the boy had realized yesterday that there was this mechanism in the bed, while his parents were doing general cleaning in the house. The father, as he says, had left the mechanism up in order to facilitate the mother to arrange things in the storage space, since she herself had a problem with her hand and could not and he would leave early. At one point, during the night, the little boy who, according to his father, was sleeping with his parents, got up and went to play again. Apparently, he pulled a leash of the mechanism, as a result of which he closed the bed and the child was trapped. The parents realized the tragedy when the mother got up at five in the morning to feed her youngest child.
