A 7-year-old teacher who allegedly had an affair with a 52-year-old girl, accused of seducing a minor and attracting a child for sexual reasons, will sit on the bench of the Three-Member Criminal Court of Rhodes on April 14.
The teacher allegedly illegally entered the house of the 30-year-old student's father on November 2019, 49, at a time when the family was missing.
When the 49-year-old returned home with his 45-year-old wife and 14-year-old daughter, they found that the accused was there, who as soon as he saw her minor, said "you were coming out" and then attacked her father and hit him in the face.
The 49-year-old retaliated against the beatings, while his wife called the Police. During the incident, the accused, who had been immobilized by the father, allegedly told him that he was in love with his daughter, while in the process he was informed about their relationship.
The testimony of the 14-year-old
The minor, according to the information, stated in her testimony that she initially had a friendly relationship with the accused from her school and when she was transferred from it, they had contacts through Facebook.
This relationship evolved and in September 2018 they met and kissed, while from April 2019 their relationship had turned into an erotic one, with the minor claiming that she had expressed her denial many times.
In the testimony given before an officer of the Rhodes Security Sub-Directorate, the minor partially reconstructed what she had testified, initially emphasizing, among other things, that what happened between her and the teacher was done voluntarily without violence or pressure, while it refers in detail to the way they met and in the love relationships they had developed with each other. He stressed that he was kind to her, that he had given her a bracelet and that he did not want to be persecuted.
The teacher denies the accusations
The teacher on the other hand in a memorandum of written explanations denied what is attributed to him, stressing that there was no rape, nor sexual intercourse, adding that there was a platonic love with the minor and he would not do anything that would affect her dignity and even against her will.
The teacher also stated that she is not going to go into details that would affect her personality, while any act that was performed was done after the completion of the 13th year of her age. We remind you that from the medical expertise that was performed, it emerged that the minor does not have any injuries or rupture of the hymen. The medical examiner will decide if there was sexual intercourse.
