The president of SYRIZA, Stefanos Kasellakis, made a post about his political position regarding the Israel-Hamas war with a song by the hip hop group in which the singer, Christos Thivaios, also participates.
"Politics keeps balances. Art never. Unreservedly with the civilian who is always dying, always afraid, always sleeping with one eye open. What I am sharing with you is my political position on the tragedy unfolding before our eyes. And what I'm thinking and feeling these days," wrote Stefanos Kasselakis.
It is recalled that the proposal of the president Stefanos Kasselakis to hold the party conference on February 23-25 was approved by the Political Secretariat of SYRIZA.
In the vote, the proposal of Stefanos Kasselakis was upvoted by 20 members, 10 members voted against and there were also 8 abstentions, out of the total of 42 members of the Political Secretariat.
The proposal - as a recommendation of the Political Secretariat - will be put to the Central Committee of the party as in its previous meeting, it had decided that the party conference would take place in November.
