High heels, tight evening dress with gold detail and airy walking that captivates the eye.

All scherzo and nazi, sharing wide smiles the teacher of the 4th Elementary School in Nafplio, Ifigenia Gougoutsa, managed with her appearance and presence in the student parade for the national anniversary of October 28 to become the queen of the internet within a few hours.

Some mocked her, believing that this particular clothing choice exceeded the limits of the kit. There were some who described it as offensive. And there were others who adored the teacher with their comments, considering that her appearance not only does not offend our national anniversary but also offers a special tone to an established and monotonous event.

The truth is that on social media the photos with the impressive blonde teacher parading on her twelve heels wearing this black tight mini dress became the focus of commentary.

This is also the unbearable charm of Thessaloniki, as this teacher comes from the co-capital, where it is impossible not to comment.

So they say about the women of Thessaloniki that they dress daily in the pen, whether they are going to work, or they have been invited to weddings or baptisms.

For them, there is no question of exaggeration as they consider that their meticulous appearance down to the smallest detail is not a choice, but a way of life.

"Races do not make the pope"

So we had the opportunity to talk to her and ask her to comment on the fear she inadvertently caused her.

Ifigenia Gougoutsa, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and now a teacher at a school in Nafplio, according to her colleagues, is one of the most remarkable teachers in the beautiful and picturesque city of Peloponnese.

"I really do not understand why there was so much grief about my appearance at the parade," the teacher told the media.

"I did not even imagine that people would care what dress I have chosen to wear to the parade. It is unthinkable, "he says characteristically.

He points out that every year, in every student parade, he makes sure to be present, because he believes that this is how he honors the heroes who sacrificed themselves for the freedom of Greece.

"I am a teacher who always wants to honor the heroes and always be present in the student parades," he emphasizes.

dskl 04The teacher points out that being a teacher is a social function. "It shapes personalities and forges people," he adds.

And Ifigenia Gougoutsa concludes: "The participation in a national parade like the one on October 28 fills with pride the students who parade and the teachers who accompany them. We live in a time when it seems to prevail over what it is. In a society where its members are easier to judge by image than by character. After all, we are all familiar with the popular saying that "races do not make the pope".
