A thriller is underway in the early hours of the morning in Thessaloniki after a baby was found dead.
The baby, which from the first image appears to be a newborn, was abandoned by strangers near garbage cans outside a cemetery and was located by a passer-by.
He immediately notified the Police and the baby was taken to the forensic service for an autopsy.
Police do not rule out the possibility that the newborn was left there by the stranger a few minutes after his birth, while the forensic examination will prove whether the baby was dead when he was born or his death occurred much later.
