A little boy 2,5 years old died at the Agios Dimitrios nursery school, as he suffocated while allegedly eating peas.
The case was made public by the show "Truths with Zina", where the parents of the unfortunate boy were found and who are experiencing an unspeakable tragedy, looking for answers for the death of their son.
As the bereaved mother emphasized, "I didn't like this kindergarten. I didn't like the teacher's behavior. The day my child drowned, I had picked up a friend of mine and was telling her how happy I was. I spent 11 years to have my Giannis".
At the same time, the parents filed a lawsuit against everyone responsible and against the Mayor of Agios Dimitrios, due to the lack of a license to operate the nursery school.
As the family's lawyer points out, the mayor knew that the station did not have a license to operate, as many complaints had been made by parents.
