He was not as cunning as he thought
ΈA man in New Jersey came up with a way to make some easy money, not just a few but several thousand euros.. So he decided to direct an accident at work where he threw ice on the floor and then pretended to slip.
Unfortunately for him, the whole "accident" was recorded by a security camera, as a result of which he was arrested and charged with insurance fraud, theft and fraud.
According to the Middlesex County Attorney, between September 1, 2018 and November 1, 2018, Goldinsky filed a false insurance claim for sickness and treatment at a local hospital for injuries sustained while in a Woodbridge business. In addition, the man was extremely unlucky after his case was taken over by a "tough" prosecutor
"False claims cost all of us and we will aggressively prosecute those who illegally manipulate the system," said Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey.
