At least seven students have been killed in a knife attack outside a school in northern China.
A man pointed a knife and attacked 19 students near a high school in Mizhi, Shaanxi Province.
One suspect is in police custody.
Other students were injured and taken to hospital for treatment.
Their exact ages have not been made public, but reports speak of high school children aged 12 to 15.
