An 18-year-old was forced to turn himself in to police when he saw a photo of him in the news bulletins.
And he was found to be busy with the press because, according to the police, he committed indecent acts in the subway, sexually harassing a woman.
According to authorities, on the morning of October 1, at rush hour, with people going to work, Ibrahim Mehsin entered the subway car in Manhattan and went and stood behind a 28-year-old woman who apparently "polished" him.
