At least three people have been killed and 37 others injured in a fire that broke out in a building under construction in Seongjong, South Korea, according to Yonhap news agency.
According to reports, four builders who were on the 24th floor of the building are missing.
At least 115 firefighters and 40 fire engines are trying to contain the blaze.
