Vehicle crashed into a crowd in northern Israel, injuring at least three people.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said that after a preliminary investigation, the incident in the city of Acre was considered "nationalistic", a term usually intended for politically motivated attacks on Israelis by Palestinians.

Images from the surveillance circuits show that the jeep crosses the intersection, hits a person and throws him in the air. In the next video, the same jeep crashes into another car.

An bystander opened fire on the vehicle, injuring the driver, who was arrested. The investigation is still ongoing and no further details were given.

Since 2015, Palestinians have killed more than 50 Israelis, two American tourists and a British tourist in stabbings, shootings and car attacks. More than 260 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces at the time. Israel says most were invaders.
