Two children, aged 8 and 5, were killed and 13 others injured when a drunk driver crashed her car into a sailor group during a children's birthday party in Michigan, US, on Saturday.
The crash happened around 3 p.m. (local time) when a 66-year-old woman crashed her vehicle into the Swan Creek Boat Club, where children and their parents were enjoying a birthday party, Monroe County Sheriff Troy Goodnough said.
Video shows the woman's blue SUV speeding through the club's parking lot and crashing into the back wall of the building.
An 8-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother died at the scene, police said.
Three children and six adults were taken to area hospitals by two helicopters or ambulances, some with life-threatening injuries.
Other injured were given first aid at the scene and some of them were taken to hospitals in private vehicles.
Police did not release the woman's identity, but said she was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated causing death.

He was cooperating with authorities and would likely face more charges as the investigation continues.
