A nurse working at Chester Hospital in Cheshire has been charged with the murder of eight babies and the attempted murder of ten more newborns in a shocking case in Britain.
In the period 2015-2016, infant deaths had increased in the Intensive Care Unit of the Pediatric Clinic of the hospital. A large investigation was carried out and it was found that the specific 30-year-old nurse is behind these deaths.
Those who know her say that she was passionate about her job, while she also spearheaded a campaign to raise three million pounds to build a pediatric clinic.
The trial is set to begin today.
