Around 7.20pm. Last Sunday, 5/6/2022, the Police received information about a fire in a vehicle, which was parked on the ground floor of a parking lot of an apartment building in Larnaca.
Members of the Police and the Fire Service went to the scene to extinguish the fire, from which a moped was completely destroyed and damage was caused to the front part of a vehicle, which was parked next to the moped.
At the same time, with the arrival of the members of the Fire Service on the scene, a small fire was noticed and extinguished in a clothing recycling bin, which was located near the apartment building.
Subsequent examinations revealed testimony against two minors aged 12 and 15 years. The said persons were summoned yesterday to the Larnaca Police Department, where they were interrogated in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Children, in the presence of their guardians and lawyers, where they admitted their involvement in the case.
