Change of time at tomorrow's Council of Ministers which was postponed to 18:30 in the afternoon, while previously it would take place at 10:30 in the morning.

The Minister of Health Konstantinos Ioannou will present the new proposals and the new measures for limiting the outbreak of the coronavirus, which will be approved by the Council of Ministers.

It is not excluded that after the end of the Council of Ministers the President of the Republic will make statements.

It is reminded that the possibility for implementation of horizontal measures and extension of the existing measures in Limassol and Paphos to all provinces is visible, such as the closure of restaurants from 10:30 pm.

In his statements, Mr. Karagiannis stressed that Limassol currently has many more cases than many other provinces.

He added that "if we continue at this rate of cases per day, of course we will have more cases in the winter, because we will inevitably go indoors, at least on rainy or cold days" which, he said, favors the transmission of the virus.
