The new national minimum wage was announced today, Wednesday 20/12, after the relevant decree was issued by the Council of Ministers.
According to the Minister of Labour, Yiannis Panagiotou, it was decided to increase the minimum wage to 1000 euros.
The minimum wage increases from 940 to 1000 euros after 6 months of continuous employment.
