According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, Mr. Hadjipandella referred to his own memories as a refugee after the Turkish invasion of 1974, stating that in this way he fully understands the experiences of those displaced by the war, who need humanitarian assistance, especially in the field of health.
Speaking at Noon and Something, the Minister said that "our country would speak in 34th place and Turkey in 20th place.
