The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Mr. Prodromos Prodromou had today a teleconference with the Secretariats of the educational organizations POED, OELMEK and OLTEK.
The conference was also attended by the General Director of the Ministry Mr. Kypros Kyprianou, the Director of Secondary General Education Mr. Kyprianos Louis, the Director of Secondary Technical Education and Training Mr. Elias Markatzis and the Director of Primary Education Mr.
During the teleconference, the issue of reopening the schools with the presence of students / three with physical presence, the implementation of the health protocol and the conduct of antigen diagnostic tests as well as the planning of the rest of the school year were discussed with the three organizations.
There was also a first presentation of the directions regarding the implementation of the Evaluation Plan of the Educational Project and the Teachers, followed by a dialogue at first sight and the suggestions of the educational organizations on the presented directions are expected.
Finally, the Minister discussed with the Secretariat of OELMEK and OLTEK the implementation of the Student Assessment Plan with the written examinations of four months in the XNUMXrd Lyceum and Technical Schools during the next school year and introduced the reflection to use the results. of these examinations for admission to public Universities. Opinions and suggestions were heard and it was decided that the dialogue should continue.
