A total of 212 complaints from drivers and pedestrians were made by the Police from 18:00 on the afternoon of March 31st until 06:00 this morning, for violation of the decree on exceptional travel, while it is worth noting that from 21: 00 last night until 06:00 this morning, the universal travel ban was in force.
As Police Spokesman Christos Andreou told SigmaLive, 1452 inspections were carried out on premises with no complaints, one of the 2558 checks on drivers and pedestrians, 212 complaints emerged.
Specifically:
Nicosia: 57 complaints
Limassol: 20 complaints
Larnaca: 83 complaints
Paphos: 14 complaints
Famagusta: 29 complaints
Morphou: 2 complaints
Seven complaints to the Police were made by the Traffic Police and the MMAD.
It is worth noting that in an apartment in Larnaca were located 24 foreigners who were having fun.
