The Paphos TAE is investigating two cases of burglary and theft, from which the unknown perpetrators extracted a total amount of 16.000 euros.

According to the Spokesperson of the Paphos Police Department and head of the Paphos Police Department, Michalis Nikolaou, on 25.12.21, a 71-year-old man was reported to Tsada that his house had been broken into, from which, according to his allegations, a small safe containing amount of 10.000 euros in banknotes, as well as various documents.

Members of TAE Paphos went to the scene and collected various items in order to locate the perpetrators.

Also on 24.12.21 Christmas Eve, a resident of the community of Letymbo reported to the Police that unknown persons broke into his house and allegedly took 6.000 euros in cash from her. For his residence he stated he has no security against theft. Members of the Paphos Police Department went to the scene for on-site examinations and for the collection of evidence.
