The Health Insurance Organization (OHI) has proceeded with the upgrade of the GeSY Beneficiary Portal, which is accessible through the GeSY website, www.gesy.org.cy, adding two new functions, which is the access by Beneficiaries to the available referrals which concern them and the Personal Statement of Payments.

According to an announcement by the OAU, each beneficiary now has the possibility to be informed about all the referrals issued to him in the context of the NHS, (e.g. referrals for various categories of health services, prescriptions for medicines and/or consumables, for laboratory tests examinations and pre-approvals) and for which the expiry date has not passed or they have not been fully used.

Also, for each calendar year (with the current year pre-selected), the beneficiary can now see for each health service he receives, both the indicative Copayment (which appears when the referral is made and before the final submission of a claim by the provider ) as well as the final Supplement, which is the correct Supplement corresponding to each health care service received by the beneficiary.

More information can be found in the "Guide to the Use of New Functions of the GeSY IT System", which is posted on the GeSY website in the "Information/News and Announcements" Section: https://www.gesy.org.cy/sites/ Sites?d=Desktop&locale=el_GR&lookuphost=/el-gr/&lookuppage=hionewsandannouncements

It is clarified that the two new functions have been added to the Beneficiary Portal, in the "Beneficiary File" Section and are accessible to all beneficiaries who have already created and activated their access account.
