A fire that broke out at 12:40 in an area of the community of Kato Deftera, was brought under control at 13:25, after burning an area of 6,0 decares with low wild vegetation.
As announced by the Forest Department, 4 people from the Forest Department participated in the firefighting operation with 1 fire truck and 3 people from the Fire Service with 1 fire truck.
The exact causes of the fire are being investigated.
