The meeting of the Council of Ministers scheduled for this morning, is postponed for Friday, at 10.15 in the morning, according to a written statement by Government Spokesman Marios Pelekanos.
It is added that at Friday's meeting the possible taking of new measures will be discussed, in order to deal more effectively with the outbreak of coronavirus cases.
Yesterday, Cyprus recorded 1.081 new cases and two deaths. The positive rate rose to 1,72% and 159 people are hospitalized, 41 of whom are in serious condition.
