A case of illegal possession of drugs for the purpose of supplying another person, the Police in Limassol are investigating, members of which proceeded to arrest a 21-year-old man, to facilitate the investigations. Specifically, at around 10.30:25 last night, members of the Limassol Police Department stopped a car for inspection, which was being driven in the area of ​​Agios Athanasios, in Limassol, with a 21-year-old male driver and a 21-year-old passenger. During the check carried out, the members of the Police found in the possession of the 52-year-old, in two nylon bags, a quantity of cannabis with a gross weight of approximately 290 grams, a precision scale with traces of cannabis and the sum of XNUMX euros.

After the 21-year-old was arrested for open-ended offences, he was taken to the offices of YKAN Limassol, where, under interrogation, he confessed that he intended to sell part of the amount of cannabis found in his possession. He also admitted that part of the money found in his possession is his income from drug dealing.
