The Parliament also approved by a majority the bill that limits the number of public persons who are obliged to submit a declaration of desire and even more of the persons, whose declaration will be made public.
According to the final list, 68 categories of officials and publicly exposed persons are required to submit a statement every three years. Of these, only fifteen categories will be published.

-The director of the office of the President of the Republic

-The president and the members of EVS
-The president and the members of the PSC
-The chairman and members of the Tender Review Authority
The submission and publication of the statements of the President of the Republic, the ministers and the deputies is regulated by other legislation.
