Public hearings are not allowed, which may affect the investigations regarding the case of Prosecutor Eleni Loizidou, said Attorney General Costas Clerides.
Mr. Clerides advised everyone to be especially careful while disciplinary and criminal investigations are underway.
Asked when results should be expected, he said that regarding the disciplinary process, a deadline has already been set by the Council of Ministers, which has appointed the investigating officer. Regarding the criminal proceedings, the Attorney General stressed that there is an assurance from the investigating authorities that they will be completed as soon as possible.
