Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup teaspoon sugar
- 2/3 cup tea olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp. Chinese mixture of five spices (cinnamon, clove, star anise, fennel, pepper)
- 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a cake pan.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar, olive oil, orange zest and spice mixture and mix well.

Slowly add the flour with the baking powder and salt to the egg mixture and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
step 4
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
step 5
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
