Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 tablespoon espresso coffee
- 1 2/3 cup flour for all uses
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- Half a cup of sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 vanilla
- Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Implementation
- Beat the butter with the sugar until white in the mixer for three minutes and then add the vanilla. Add the coffee, cocoa, flour and salt and mix well.
- Form the cookies from the dough with your hands and place them on a baking tray or non-stick paper, on the baking sheet, leaving a small gap between them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
