Chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 tablespoon espresso coffee
  • 1 2/3 cup flour for all uses
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 vanilla
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Implementation

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until white in the mixer for three minutes and then add the vanilla. Add the coffee, cocoa, flour and salt and mix well.
  2. Form the cookies from the dough with your hands and place them on a baking tray or non-stick paper, on the baking sheet, leaving a small gap between them.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
