- 2 pack of digestive cookies
- 150 gr. melted butter
- 1 sweetened condensed milk
- 1 500 ml vegetable cream
- 2 packs of cream cheese
- trade candy syrup
Implementation
- First, melt the butter and grind the cookies in the multi to make a powder.
- In a bowl, mix the butter and cookies well. Pour the mixture into a pan or bowl and press to form a uniform base.
- Beat the cream with the sugar and cream cheese in the mixer until it becomes a fluffy cream and pour it over the cookies.
- Refrigerate to freeze. Before serving, spread the caramel on top.
