Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 pack of digestive cookies
  • 150 gr. melted butter
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 500 ml vegetable cream
  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • trade candy syrup

Implementation

  1. First, melt the butter and grind the cookies in the multi to make a powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter and cookies well. Pour the mixture into a pan or bowl and press to form a uniform base.
  3. Beat the cream with the sugar and cream cheese in the mixer until it becomes a fluffy cream and pour it over the cookies.
  4. Refrigerate to freeze. Before serving, spread the caramel on top.
